Sausage & Pak Choi
Ingredients:
3 Sausages (skinless and torn)
1 medium Onions (diced)
1 tsp smoked Paprika powder
½ tsp Cayenne Pepper
Salt to taste
Chopped Pak Choi leaves
1 tsp Butter
Method:
- Melt the butter in the pan on a medium heat and sauté the onion for 3 minutes or until transparent and add the spices.
- Add the sausage meat and cook until golden brown or the meat is cooked.
- Add the Pak choi and sauté for 6 minutes.

To serve:
- Serve with garlic butter potatoes or mashed potatoes.
