Sausage & Pak Choi



3 Sausages (skinless and torn)

1 medium Onions (diced)

1 tsp smoked Paprika powder

½ tsp Cayenne Pepper

Salt to taste

Chopped Pak Choi leaves

1 tsp Butter


  1. Melt the butter in the pan on a medium heat and sauté the onion for 3 minutes or until transparent and add the spices.
  2. Add the sausage meat and cook until golden brown or the meat is cooked.
  3. Add the Pak choi and sauté for 6 minutes.

      To serve:

      • Serve with garlic butter potatoes or mashed potatoes.
