Ingredients

1 medium diced Butternut Squash

3 medium mixed Peppers

2 cups Orzo

3 cups Diced Mushrooms

500ml Vegetable Stock or Water

2 tbsp Oil

2 tbsp Butter

1 tsp Garlic paste

1 tsp Mixed Herbs

Salt to taste
