Have A Go

Abracadabra

Did you know that we have 60,000 thoughts in a day? And did you know that out of those 60,000 thoughts, 12,000 are focused on what could go wrong? And these thoughts are repeated every day. No wonder the life you wish to have is always a stone throw away, but never a part of you. Pam Grout, the author of E Squared, Nine Do-It-Yourself energy experiments that prove your thoughts create your reality. This month it’s all about “Abracadabra”, create magic with your thoughts.

Newton’s third law of motion, when two objects act together, they apply equal and opposite forces on each other. Hence the wording “Every Action has an Equal and Opposite Reaction” – What your thoughts send off to the cosmos you receive the equal amount back. If you are constantly complaining about everything, you get more of others complaining about you. If you bully, then you get bullied. And if you send others love, you get love back.

Look at your life right now. This is all an equal and opposite reaction of your thoughts, that you project out to the cosmos. Simply put I love reading books, many would spend hours shopping, but I would spend hours in a bookstore or a coffee place, reading. I have a long list of books that I would like to purchase. On my wish list was “The Boy, The Mole, The Fox and The Horse” by Charlie Mackesy and forgot about it. A couple of months ago a friend I used to work with asked for my address saying she wanted to send me a book. And I received a copy of The Boy, The Mole, The Fox, and The Horse. This is one of many manifestations of books that have appeared in my physical reality. Imagine what else you can abracadabra into your reality.

Pick an intention, anything that you wish to abracadabra into your life. Be noticeably clear and specific.

My Intention _________________________________________________________________

I have scanned the catalogue of my desires and decided to manifest my intention with full focus from my being. “It is as easy to manifest a castle as a button” Abraham Hicks.

Things I learnt:

  • Be specific about my intention and desire.
  • Applying Newton’s Law in a practical experiment.
  • I became mindful about my repeated thoughts each day.
  • I am the manifester of my life and I abracadabra it into my reality.

I recommend this technique!
