OM Chanting

John Hain

OM is the universal sound of creation; it is the highest and purest vibration that exists. Rishis of ancient times perfected OM Chanting and used it for healing. Forgotten over time, this ancient group technique has been reintroduced by Paramahamsa Vishwananda.

The moment people start to chant together in the OM Chanting circle, their own vibration is transformed into OM. Whoever is inside the circle is showered with this energy and that’s what changes the vibration of the body. Even the cells which are dead start vibrating. So, wherever you go, your aura vibrates with the cosmic sound OM.

OM Chanting is a group technique that brings people together by chanting OM and to share the positive vibrations of OM and their love for Mother Earth in local communities and nations around the world.

I have been an Om chanting coordinator based in Kenya for over 10years and have conducted many circles and many share their experiences on how OM chanting has helped them to become centred.

As a coordinator I have also noticed positive changes in myself. I am more patient and kinder to myself, more aware of myself and around me. It keeps me centred and allows me to ' Pause, reflect, absorb and respond!'

This technique is blessed by Mahavatar babaji to my spiritual master Paramahamsa Vishwananda and due to this  special blessing, the OM Chanting generates a vibrational frequency that releases negativity, transforms it and showers participants with positive energy.

Paramahamsa Sri Swami Vishwananda is a living, enlightened, God-realised Master whose true nature is transcendent, beyond all limits. He is here to remind us all of the love of God and to show us how to experience and enjoy a uniquely personal relationship with God through bhakti (devotion), love and devotion to the Divine.

Paramahamsa Vishwananda offers transformational experiences, guidance and wisdom to help everyone rise in Love with the Divine.

The OM chanting vibrations spreads out within a 2-kilometre radius, creating a harmonious, peaceful environment and a unity between humans and nature.

Even after a chanting session, the OM continues to resonate in our bodies after the circle, allowing them to share the good vibrations wherever we go.

This practice promotes inner peace, positivity, mental clarity, emotional freedom and physical health.

Bhakti Marga International has a global movement on OM chanting and I would encourage readers to check out the OM chanting circles nearby where they stay.

Many people are aware of the power of OM, but only a Master knows how to activate its full potential.

Paramahamsa Vishwananda is such a Master. Through His blessing and grace, this ancient practice is available to help create positive energy around the world.

How you start your day can set the tone for the rest of your day.

Archangels

The word Archangel is derived from a Greek word whereby the word Archi means highest, chief, most important and Angel means a messenger of God. When put together it means the highest messenger of God.

Abracadabra

Did you know that we have 60,000 thoughts in a day? And did you know that out of those 60,000 thoughts, 12,000 are focused on what could go wrong? And these thoughts are repeated every day.

Mirror Work

“What comes to mind when you look at yourself in the mirror?” The self-talk, the critique comes out firing all guns blazing. We start considering the mirror our enemy and spend the first 10 minutes each morning scrutinizing all the flaws we think we have, all the nips and tucks we could have if it were affordable.

Ho'oponopono

Many end up feeling stuck in their journey of life, out of all tried and tested techniques out there, some connected with Ho’oponopono.

I AM are the two most powerful words we use daily.

Gratitude Jar

Last year, I came across a post on Instagram about a gratitude jar. The curious cat in me wanted to know more about this as I am all up for trying out all the mindful techniques and exercises out there.
