Curry – as known worldwide being part of Indian cooking. The authentic curry is made with spices, onions, tomatoes and fresh chilies. This month we bring to you Lamb Curry by Bindu Parekh.



Lamb Curry


1 kg Lamb (shoulder)

5 White Onions

4 Tomatoes

1/2 cup chopped Fenugreek Leaves

2 tbsp Oil

1 tsp Cumin Seeds

1 tsp Turmeric

1 tsp Coriander Powder

1 tsp Cumin Powder

1 tsp Red Chili Powder

1 tbsp Garlic Paste

1 tbsp Ginger Paste

Salt to taste
