700g Chicken (minced)
1 medium Onions (diced)
1 tsp Ginger paste
1 tsp Galic paste
1 tsp Dhana Jira powder (Cumin & Coriander powder)
1 tsp smoked Paprika powder
½ tsp Cayenne Pepper
Salt to taste
Chopped Coriander leaves
Oil for greasing the frying pan
- In a bowl add the chicken and mix all the ingredients apart from the oil and set it aside for 2 hours or overnight.
- Grease the frying pan with oil and warm on a medium heat.
- Take a tablespoon size of the chicken mince mixture and roll into a flat pate and shallow fry for 5 minutes or until cooked.
Serve on flat pitta or kebab bread with sautéed mixed vegetables and a yoghurt dip.
For yoghurt dip, in a bowl mix Greek yoghurt, diced cucumber, salt, black pepper and paprika powder.
