Charge Your Water

• Black Tourmaline (grounding and protection) to infuse your water with intention.

- Place a glass or bottle of water on the coaster.
- Take a moment to set your intention (welcoming peace, love, and harmony into your life).
- Allow the water to rest for at least 15 minutes so as to absorb the energy from the charged crystals.
- Sip mindfully throughout the day, reconnecting with your intention.
- Refill the same water or refresh it daily.
- For a deeper infusion, leave the water overnight and enjoy it first thing in the morning. If using a glass, ensure it is covered.

To maintain the energy of your crystals, recharge them regularly under moonlight or cleansing with incense smoke. They work especially beautifully when charged under the full moon.
